Policy changes

Life changed — the policy should too

Send us what changed and we handle the endorsement with your carrier. Nothing is guessed at: we confirm the change and the new premium with the carrier before it takes effect.

Common changes

Add or remove a vehicle

Send the year, make, model, and VIN, plus who drives it and whether it is financed or leased. Lienholders require specific coverages, so tell us if there is a loan.

Add or remove a driver

New driver in the household, a teen with a permit, or someone who moved out. Household changes affect rating, so they need to be reported either way.

Update home or property coverage

A remodel, a new roof, a finished basement, added jewelry or equipment, or a change in dwelling value. Renovations often mean the old limit no longer rebuilds the house.

Change a beneficiary

Life insurance beneficiary updates after a marriage, birth, or divorce. These go on a carrier form with signatures — we will send you the right one.

Address or mortgage change

Moving, refinancing, or a new mortgage servicer. Give us the new address or the lender's name and loan number.

Adjust limits or deductibles

Raising liability, changing a deductible, adding or dropping comprehensive. We will price the options before anything is changed.

Request a change

Fill this in, or call (563) 202-1998 if it is time sensitive — a car you are picking up today, for example.

This opens an email to the agency with your details filled in. Prefer to talk it through? Call (563) 202-1998.

A request is not coverage. Every change is confirmed with the carrier before it takes effect, and we will tell you the effective date and any premium difference in writing. Please do not assume a change is active until you hear back from us.
